Can You Use A Draw 4 If You Have The Color? [Solved]
The only restriction is that you cannot play a wild draw 4 if you have the color of the card on top of the discard pile. This is right - but further clarification. A player who is effected by the draw 4 may challenge a player who played a draw four.4 Sept 2017
